Q) You look in great shape, what diet are you on?
A) I'm an Inedian, on occasions I'll drink water or fruit juice.
Q) What's an Inedian?
A) The word 'inedia' simply means 'fasting' in Latin.

Q) What's a raw foodist?
A) Here's a brief run down of the subdivisions of raw foodists.
- Inedian - is the ability to live without food
- Liquidarian- a person who consumes only liquids and juices
- Fruitarian- a diet of 100% fruit
- Raw Vegan eats 100% raw diet with no animal products
Q) Do I have to already be a Raw Foodist to use your services?
A) No not at all, I have non raw clients that just use my services for fitness/motivational purposes only.
Q) Do you do any Inedian coaching?
A) NO! Definately not....
Q) I'm really out of shape can I still hire you?
A) Of course you can, I don't care about the shape your in because because I will teach you how to get your fitness routine set up and started, after that it's just a matter of you doing it.
Q) What kind of people use your mentoring services?
A) Usually health conscious and motivated individuals/athletes seeking the highest level of fitness and the best quality of life.
Q) What kind of results can I expect
A) That depends on you and how many sessions you invest in, if you want the best you got to do the best.
Q) I'm very sensitive, are you going to holla at me like a drill Sergeant?
A) No. I don't shout at people, I believe that we all make our own choices, if you don't want to put the work in then it's your choice to waste your money. I set high standards for myself and I expect the people that participate in my sessions to do the same, I'll often push you beyond your limits and at times I will not be your favourite person but I know what it takes to get results and you either do what it takes or you don't.
Q) I want to hire you but I don't live in the Dallas/Texas area?
A) No problem, I am available for travel, or you can still fly in do one time sessions.
Q) What exercises will I be doing with you?
A) My workouts are based on Low-Impact, High-Intensity Intermittent Activity, it's comprised of callisthenic (bodyweight) exercises such as, pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, intermittent sprinting, speed/power walking, flexibility, core strength, power, endurance, balance, speed, and agility.
Q) Can I get credit/refunds?
A) Nope.....Your fees are treated as tuition.
Q) Do I need to bring anything with me to our sessions?
A) Yes, fruits of your choice, suitable layers of breathable, athletic clothing for the time of the year, a good pair of running shoes, you will also need a water bottle or whatever you need/use for refreshment, exercise mat, please leave all jewelry and other valuables at home.
Q) What happens when it rains before/while were working out?
A) We'll both get wet...sessions are held come rain or shine, as long as conditions are safe for participants to train!

A) Nope...This is not a bodybuilding program, I'm strictly focused on funtional strength and conditioning and maintaining naturally lean, athletic physiques the way mother nature intended.
